Get ready for Tiki Dave and some of the best island themed, trop-rock tunes around live at Capt Rick's place! Dress for the Islands or in your favorite Halloween costume. Expect surprises if the Tiki God, Koro, the midnight dancer, decides to visit us at the Phin City PHC Island Time Halloween Party. This event is open to the public 21+ so feel free to share this with all your friends and on your social media pages. Don't forget to RSVP!! A donation of $10-20 will be expected for the music and snacks with open bar will be available for an additional $10 donation or BYOB!
